Weenie Spaghetti Festival
Looking for something a little quirky, a little nostalgic, and 100% delicious? The Weenie Spaghetti Festival is a Houma original you won’t want to miss. This family-friendly event puts a local spin on a beloved comfort food—with plenty of live music, games, and good vibes to go with it.
There’s more than just pasta and weenies on the menu, though. Expect homemade sweets, local crafts, kids’ activities, and a great chance to mingle with the community. Whether you’re here for the food, the fellowship, or just to say you’ve been, this feel-good festival serves up a little something for everyone.
Festival Tips
- $10 entry fee gets you samples of all weenie spaghetti dishes and Bloody Mary’s. Must show ID for Bloody Mary’s. Kids 5 and under get in free!
- Parking is free and available in surrounding lots and streets.
- This is an outdoor event – dress for the weather and bring a lawn chair or blanket.
- Speaking of weather – this is South Louisiana, so our Winter starts in January. Expect colder temps; you may freeze your weenies off.
- Cash and cards accepted at most booths.
- Don’t forget to snap a photo with the Weenie Spaghetti Van and the Big Weenie himself!
Make the Most of Your Experience
Planning to stick around? There are plenty of nearby hotels and cozy stays just minutes from the festival. While you’re in town, grab some authentic Cajun eats—like gumbo or fried shrimp at Boudreau & Thibodeau’s—or warm up with a nice latte from Downtown Jeaux’s Coffee Shop.
In between bites, explore Downtown Houma’s shops, tour the Regional Military Museum, or hop on a swamp tour for a taste of the bayou. However you spend your time, Houma’s got plenty to keep the good vibes going all weekend long.
