It’s a quack-tacular fundraiser benefiting the Veterans Programs of the Houma Elks Lodge #1193! Join us for an afternoon of fun as over 300 yellow rubber ducks race to the finish line in Bayou Terrebonne behind the lodge in Downtown Houma.
