Bayou Country Toy Drive Distribution Event
Mark your calendars! The Houma Area Convention and Visitors Bureau Toy Drive distribution event will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Visitors Center located at 114 Tourist Drive in Gray, Louisiana.
The Houma Area CVB has been collecting toys to bring a little Christmas magic to families in Terrebonne Parish still recovering from Hurricane Ida. The distribution event is free to all and will not require registration. It will be on a first come, first serve basis, with one toy distributed per child. A free wrapping station will be set up in the conference room to offer the opportunity for parents to wrap their child’s gift.

The Houma Area CVB is accepting donations until Friday, December 10, 2021, at the Visitors Center. We encourage that donated toys meet the following requirements:
• All toys remain unwrapped
• $20-$50 spending range
• No realistic toy weapons or food
• Gifts for children 0-16 years old
The HACVB has created an Amazon Wishlist for recommendations of gifts for all ages that can be shipped directly to the Visitors Center.
