2025 Krewe of Tradition Walking Parade on March 2, 1pm, downtown Houma

The Krewe of Tradition is a hand-made parade and a showcase for visual and performance artists!

Want to do something different this year for Mardi Gras? We have just that!  See below for the list of things we do as a Krewe! Fun starts on Barrow St. (Root to Rise) and walks to Main St ending at La Petit Theatre de Terrebonne.
💜 We have our own parade downtown before Terranians.
💚We have a tableau that is unlike any other tableau in Houma.
💜We have FREE pecan decorating at Intracoastal Club every Thursday after 12th night leading up to our parade.
💚 Our parade is kid friendly and is escorted by police for safety.
💛 Our tableau is kid friendly and is smoke free with kids allowed first two hours of tableau.
💜We hand make our throws which are only found and created by our Krewe.
💚Our costume contest is a sight to see and the winners become our Royal Court! Everyone invited to join in!
