The Terrebonne Parish Main Library in Houma is hosting their Annual Spelling Bee, Saturday, Nov. 8 at 9am.
Grade level and all-age competitions will have prizes for winners in each category and a supporting competitive environment for all. Proceeds from the Annual Spelling Bee will go towards the Friends of the Terrebonne Public Library to help provide high quality programming for the community.
Participants can sign up the day of the event 30 minutes before their level competes: Level 1 (Grades 1–2) $2 (9:30 AM) Level 2 (Grades 3–4) $2 (11 AM) Level 3 (Grades 5–6) $2 (1 PM) Open Competition (All ages) $3 (2 PM)
