The Houma Area Convention and Visitors Bureau is accepting resumes for the position of ACCOUNTING/OFFICE MANAGER. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day accounting and finace requirements of the bureau. Must possess a proven proficiency in: Accounts payable and receivable, Payroll, Governmental auditing, Financial statements, Taxes and Budgeting. Qualifications include: Degree in Accounting or related field, previous experience in accounting. Strong knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks, Fundamental knowledge of GAAP, detail and deadline oriented, and strong analytical/problem solving skills.
